New Springtown residents Taylor and Emory Phillips share a love of nature and native plant life.
The couple earned environmental science degrees from the University of North Texas and have worked at native plant nurseries, landscaping companies, state parks, land restoration projects and the Fort Worth Nature Center & Refuge.
“It’s been a whole career of native plants — and ecology is really our main focus for sure,” Taylor Phillips said.
