BBB highlights free tools for businesses, consumers

Chad Mitchell, director of business relationship and community engagement for the Better Business Bureau Heart of Texas, spoke at the Springtown Area Chamber of Commerce luncheon Thursday, Aug. 27.

Mitchell encouraged local business owners and stakeholders to take advantage of free resources available through the organization’s website, including free business profiles and scam reporting tools.

He said creating a free business profile on the BBB’s website can help potential customers find local businesses through its online directory.
