SHS robotics team prepares for UIL kickoff

The Springtown High School robotics team is preparing for a new competition season with the UIL Robotics Kickoff Saturday, Sept. 12.

The team enters the season looking to build on its 2025 UIL appearance, one of its strongest finishes yet.

“Last year we got real close to advancing to state,” robotics coach Christopher Walker said.
