Springtown High School student council members say the growing organization is helping build school spirit while giving students opportunities to feel included, recognized and connected.
“We like helping the school be more fun throughout the year,” student council President Kaylee Miller said. “We have a lot of projects that we do, and we try to get the school spirit out more.”
Junior class Vice President Kaslynn St. Pierre said student council can provide another place for students to belong, particularly those who may not find that connection through athletics or other activities.
